Transaction Regulation

All approved transactions must be done according to regulations of this instruction and the GTC only through Armaiti MEX by the accepted sellers and buyers.

1.The transaction days, start /end dates of transactions and also the number of official sessions for all accepted commodities are determined by Armaiti Mex.

2. In case of any technical problems, Armaiti Mex can change the start/end dates and also the number of trading sessions until they are solved, the changes must be informed appropriately.

3. All transactions are defined solely based on the accepted commodities. Those that are not accepted according to the regulations are not allowed in any way.

4. Only under the following circumstances, Trading System will not evaluate the results:

4.1. On the seller's request due to those mistakes that are counted according to the approved regulations by Armaiti Mex.

4. 2. Specific mistakes by Trading System;

4.3. Failure to comply with the regulations of order registration;

4.4. Other cases according to the rules and regulations;

Note: Armaiti Mex must notify the seller and the buyer in an appropriate way (by registered email) if they have been rejected.

5. Armaiti Mex shall issue a transaction certificate (TC) for the settlement at the end of a trading session.

6. At the end of each trading day, the final price for each commodity is determined as followed and announced through the trading system:

6.1. In case the transactions are carried out during the trading session, the average price and quantity will be displayed.

6.2. In case the transactions are failed during the trading session, the offered price will be displayed.

7. Armaiti Mex may, at its discretion, suspend, postpone (either for a defined period or indefinitely) or cancel the orders at any time, either generally, or in relation to a particular case.

8. All parties duties and obligations in terms of the sales notice will not change after the publication.

9. After the sales notice by Armaiti Mex, the seller cannot withdraw and refuse to sell the specified commodities in the sales notice unless the seller submits the notice of withdrawal before the publication.

10. In case of any disagreement with the withdrawal, the sellers are obliged to pay a penalty, this penalty is divided by the Armaiti Mex between the bidders that have paid the bid deposit.

11. In case of publishing a sales notice or announcing the terms of sales by the seller in any way, the information contained in it will not contradict the published announcement by Armaiti Mex, in the event of any discrepancy, the displayed notice on the trading system will prevail.

12. All bids will be in strict compliance with the bidding procedure which is hereinafter enumerated.

13. Biding shall be opened by Armaiti Mex at the start time designated in the Sales Notice.

14.The currency(ies) of the offered price and the currency(ies) of payments shall be the same and shall be as specified as in the Sales Notice, unless otherwise agreed.

14.1. If the buyer and the seller agree on (a) currency(ies) other than what was offered, the foreign exchange reference rates are ECB.com, XE.COM and Bloomberg.

15.The final transaction, payment and delivery of commodity are done directly between the buyer and the seller, and Armaiti Mex monitors them to make it appropriately.

16. Other conditions of loading /discharging and additional costs are mentioned in the Sales Notice and are displayed as explanations on the trading day.

17. Terms and conditions related to the physical transaction shall be based on the Armaiti Mex GTC, Sales Notice and the seller’s Performa.

18. Payment details must be determined in the sales offer. If buyers act based on whatever that is not written in this sales offer, the responsibility lies with the seller.

19. All terms and conditions related to Import/export fees, duties, VATs, and other taxes shall be specified in the sales offer by the seller.

20. The seller issues the Performa at the end of trading session and the buyer must pay the price for the commodity and carry out the delivery as required by the seller in this Performa.

21. At the end of the transaction, certificate will be issued to the seller and the buyer, they shall pay their commissions to Armaiti Mex in 48 working hours.

Right after the payment is done Armaiti Mex proceeds to notify the seller and the buyer to make the deal according to the terms and conditions.
